Cambridge Square is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.
We have an upfront pet fee is $300 with $100 being refundable. There is a two pet limit with a total weight limit of 75 pounds full grown. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet per month. We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)
Dog breeds that are restricted:
*Shepherd
*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Husky
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St Bernard
Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.
Any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited.
Other pets that are never allowed:
Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
